Ceremonial Drum Birthing Days

A ceremonial day where you craft and birth your own shamanic drum and beater

A full day of craft, ceremony & connection in ancient woodland

Spend a sacred day in nature crafting your very own 16 inch shamanic frame drum by hand using traditional methods, deer hide and a wooden frame.

Held deep in the woodlands of Nottinghamshire or Lincolnshire, this intimate day welcomes just 5 or 6 people to come together and birth your drum.

Guided by Jo (under the rowan tree) and Claire, you’ll build your drum from raw materials, learning the craft as your hands shape something that will carry your energy and bring comfort and healing for years to come.

A light breakfast & tea are provided on arrival.

Then throughout the day we weave in ceremony to connect you with your drum and welcome its spirit before it’s ever played.

This is a day of presence and intention as well as birthing something sacred, surrounded by trees and in very good company.

Location: Outdoor woodland setting in Nottinghamshire or Lincolnshire - confirmed per date available.
