Weaving Words

Letters from Claire sent straight to your inbox

Weekly email for people who perform calm perfectly on the outside but are crashing out bts.

I write every week about the discomfort I feel in my bones and how I move through it.

I don't just mean the big transformation stuff.

I mean:

  • The anxiety when I have to make a phone call

  • The avoidance of taking my car to the garage

  • Every "no, that doesn't work for me" I've stifled

  • The weird emotion I feel when people are kind to me (because I’ve been starved of kindness. And why criticism, fear, indecision, blame & judgement are far more familiar to me).

…and yes I will explore the deep stuff too like where that shitty programming came from and the other stuff like - grief, family estrangement, chronic illness, neurodivergence, parenting.

My letters will map how I am building capacity for discomfort, unlearning all the harm and finding what matters enough to me that I am prepared to stand up for me. Witness me in conversation with the Tarot, holding myself through thresholds and speaking my truth. I hope I can make the changes my soul is craving with you as my companion.

Because we all need to re-programme ourselves to live fully. I don’t know about you but I am so done with living up to everyone else’s expectations and societal standards. Society is fucked and I only get this one beautiful life so you bet I am going to LIVE IT!

If you’re with me- I want to start by sharing four Tarot Queens with you, they inspire and guide me to every day through life's big and little challenges.

Sign up and you'll get instant access to my guide, Four Queens, One Threshold.

The Queen of Wands shows us the way to self-worth and confidence.

The Queen of Cups helps us explore and stabilise intense emotions.

The Queen of Swords teaches us to say the damn thing and get radically honest with ourselves.

The Queen of Pentacles brings us back to the body, the often forgotten part, especially for overthinkers and intellectualisers like me.

Why "The Weaving Words"?

Weaving is how I hold the threads of my work together.

Three threads run through everything I write:

Tarot for self-awareness and critical thinking. The cards don't really predict anything, but they do expose our patterns and likely outcomes. They give you a clearer look at what you're actually doing and why.

Somatic holding to build your capacity to tolerate the discomfort of transformation. You can't think your way across a threshold. You have to be able to stay in your body while it's uncomfortable.

Ritual to honour thresholds. A small, deliberate act that marks the moment you stop being who you were.

Each letter weaves them together, and the Four Queens guide gives you a taste of it all.

It takes about 20 minutes to work with all four queens, and I hope you'll feel their wisdom in your bones.

One letter a week. Leave whenever you like.
